Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent. It removes your runs, walks, splits, Personal Bests, training-load history, profile fields, units preference, and authentication record across iPhone, Apple Watch, and kova-run.app. Cloud backups roll off within 7 days per our database retention window. After that, your data is unrecoverable.
Option 1 — In-app (recommended)
- Open the KOVA app on your iPhone
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm
Option 2 — Email request
Email support@appe-latte.ca from the email address associated with your KOVA account. We process requests within 30 days, and we email you confirmation when your data is gone. If your email address has changed, include enough identifying information for us to verify the account.
What happens next.
- Your iOS account record is removed from Supabase Auth.
- Owner-scoped tables — runs, splits, Personal Bests, walks, training-load attempts, profile, settings — cascade-delete on the same transaction.
- Database backups roll off within 7 days. Anonymised crash logs roll off within 90 days.
